Notion Meeting Notes Action Page

Create a structured Notion page from messy meeting notes. The workflow accepts notes from a call, asks an LLM to extract the useful parts, creates a child page under a Notion parent page, and returns the Notion URL.

What this workflow does

  1. meetingNotes captures the meeting name, owner, and raw notes
  2. draftNotionPage turns the notes into a page title, summary, decisions, risks, and action items
  3. createNotionPage creates a child page under the Notion page you select
  4. notionReceipt returns the created page URL and extracted action text

Use cases

  • Meeting recap pages for product, sales, support, or leadership calls
  • Project logs that should land in Notion after every review
  • Action-item capture before routing follow-ups to Slack, Linear, or email

Setup

Create a Notion credential, share the target parent page with that Notion integration, then select the parent page on createNotionPage. Connect an LLM credential on draftNotionPage. The template creates a normal child page, so it does not require a custom Notion database schema.

Notes

If you prefer a database row instead of a child page, switch createNotionPage to use a Data Source ID and map the generated fields to your Notion properties.
