A few practical details
Seats, costs, and where support ends and services begin.
What counts as a paid seat?
A paid seat is a named user who builds, configures, administers, manages, or observes systems in Heym Work. End users who only use your workflows or agents are not counted as paid seats. Heym Work has a minimum of 5 paid seats.
Do you charge per execution?
No. There are no Heym execution fees, compute fees from Heym, or AI token markups. Heym Work is priced per paid seat, not by the number of runs or tokens your systems use.
Are infrastructure and AI/API costs included?
No. Heym Core and Heym Work are self-hosted software that you run in your own infrastructure. You choose and pay for your infrastructure and third-party AI/API providers directly. Those costs remain with you.
What does standard product support cover?
Standard product support for Heym Work covers product bugs, license issues, upgrade guidance, and help using existing product features. Customer-specific deployment work, infrastructure/network debugging, custom workflows and agents, integrations, architecture design, migration, and training are professional services, billed separately.
Is there a discount for new customers?
Yes. New Heym Work customers on the monthly plan get 50% off their first three months, starting when their paid license begins: €49.50 per paid seat per month, then €99. The 5-seat minimum applies, so a 5-seat team pays €247.50 a month for the first three months, then €495. There is nothing to apply for. The discount cannot be combined with annual billing, which still costs less over a full year, and it does not cover Enterprise agreements or professional services. All prices exclude VAT.
Is onboarding included? Can we buy services separately?
Hands-on onboarding and custom implementation are not included in the software subscription. We can help with deployment, architecture, workflows, integrations, migration, and training. Professional services can be purchased separately. Talk to our team to define the scope and receive a tailored proposal.
