The Heym platform is developed by Mehmet Burak Akgün as a registered sole proprietorship (Einzelunternehmen) based in Berlin. The platform is made available both as source-available software and, optionally, as a managed or hosted service. All commercial activities related to heym.run are conducted under this registration.

6. EU Online Dispute Resolution
