HTML Status Page

This template turns a workflow into a page a person can open. An HTTP node checks an upstream service, and an HTML output mapper renders the result as a real web page. Because the mapper is the workflow's only terminal node, the execute endpoint answers with text/html rather than a JSON body.

What this workflow does

1. ServiceCheck calls the upstream health endpoint
2. StatusPage renders the response into an HTML document and returns it with a 200

Use cases

• A public status page for a service that has no dashboard of its own
• A generated report you can bookmark instead of curl
• A confirmation screen at the end of a form submission flow

Setup

Point ServiceCheck at the URL you want to watch. In the workflow's cURL dialog, set the request method to GET so a plain browser navigation reaches it, then open the workflow's execute URL in a tab.

Notes

Values from the query string are available as $input.query.<name>, since a GET request carries no body. Send X-Simple-Response: false to get the usual JSON envelope back while debugging. Adding a second terminal node turns the HTML response off - the run falls back to the normal per-label JSON map.
