Claude Blog Monitor

Monitor the Anthropic blog on a schedule and Slack-notify your team on new Claude posts.

Claude Blog Monitor

Stay on top of Anthropic's latest Claude announcements without manual checking. This workflow crawls the Anthropic blog on a cron schedule and fires a Slack alert the moment a new post appears.

What this workflow does

  1. Cron trigger fires every hour (configurable)
  2. Crawler node scrapes the Anthropic blog index and extracts the latest headline
  3. Redis GET retrieves the last-seen headline from cache
  4. Condition node compares the two — fires only when a new post is detected
  5. New post → Slack alert + Redis SET to update the cache
  6. No change → Output node logs a no-op

Use cases

  • AI research team pulse monitoring
  • Developer relations tracking
  • Competitor feature announcement alerts

Setup

Update the Slack channel in the Slack node. Redis cache is self-managing — no manual initialisation needed.
