Drive Share Link Mailer
Turn a plain file URL into a managed Drive asset and share it with one workflow. This template downloads a file into Drive, returns the generated link to the caller, and emails that link in the background.
What this workflow does
- Input accepts a source URL and recipient email address
- Drive downloads the remote file into Heym Drive
- Output returns the new Drive download URL immediately
- Send Email runs downstream asynchronously and mails the same link

Setup
Configure an SMTP credential for the email node. If you want expiring or protected links, extend the flow with another Drive node using setTtl, setPassword, or setMaxDownloads.
